• Contact & Enrollment Data: Your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, city/profession and course preferences when you submit a lead form, download a syllabus, or enroll in a program.
• Payment Data: Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs or net-banking credentials on our servers. We only store transaction identifiers, order IDs and payment status for invoicing and access provisioning.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, UTM campaign parameters and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver course access, live workshop links, study materials, certificates and receipts.
• To contact you via WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or email regarding your enquiry, syllabus request, batch schedule or course updates.
• To improve our curriculum, website performance and advertising relevance.
• To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations in India.

3. Sharing & Disclosure of Data

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data only with trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate our services (payment processor Razorpay, email delivery and communication tools, and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations.

We use first-party and third-party cookies (including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to measure website traffic and ad conversions. You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement HTTPS encryption, access controls and server security headers to safeguard your personal information. We retain lead and student records only as long as necessary to provide our educational services and meet statutory tax/audit requirements.
