Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Meta Skills Academy. By accessing https://metaskillsacademy.com/ or enrolling in any of our courses, masterclasses or live workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Access & Single-User License

Upon successful enrollment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course sessions, recordings, templates and resources. Sharing login credentials, redistributing recordings, or reselling prompt libraries and templates is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through authorized Indian payment gateways including Razorpay (supporting UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Course access is confirmed once payment verification succeeds.

3. No Guaranteed Earnings Disclaimer

Our programs teach practical digital marketing, website building and AI creative skills. While we share real case studies and provide placement/freelancing guidance where stated, individual career or business results depend on your own effort, market conditions and execution. We do not guarantee specific income figures or job offers.

4. Live Session Conduct

Learners are expected to maintain respectful conduct in live classes, Q&A sessions and WhatsApp/community groups. Harassment, spamming or promotional solicitation inside student groups will lead to removal.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum designs, videos, slide decks, prompt frameworks, worksheets and branding on this site are the intellectual property of Meta Skills Academy. You retain full ownership of the ad creatives, campaigns and websites you create for your own projects using the skills taught.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests and batch transfers are governed by our Refund Policy.
