Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Meta Skills Academy, we stand behind the quality of our training programs and want every learner to have a fair, transparent experience. Please read the policy below carefully before enrolling.

1. Multi-Week & Self-Paced Programs

For our comprehensive programs (such as the Digital Marketing with AI Full Program, Advanced Digital Marketing Masterclass, and AI Ads Masterclass), you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, provided that:

• You have attended no more than the first two live orientation/module sessions (or accessed less than 25% of the recorded modules and downloadable prompt packs).
• You email your request with your Order ID and registered phone/email to contact@metaskillsacademy.com within the 7-day window.

2. Live Short Workshops (e.g., 3-Hour AI Website Workshop)

• Free Batch Transfer: If an emergency prevents you from attending your scheduled live workshop, notify us at least 12 hours before the session starts and we will transfer your seat to the next batch at no extra cost.
• Refund Before Workshop: Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the live workshop begins are eligible for a 100% refund. Once a live workshop has been attended or completed, fees are non-refundable.

3. Duplicate Payments

If your account is debited twice for the same order due to a banking or UPI timeout, the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically or within 5–7 business days upon verification.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) back to your original method of payment (UPI, card or bank account) and typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

5. How to Request a Refund or Batch Reschedule
